Typical products



The “struffoli” are probably the Christmas cake par excellence: they are little cubes made with a soft dough whose ingredients are flour, butter, yolks of eggs, salt and spices, before they are fried, so they are homogeneous colour, then they are put all together in the shape you prefer with honey and decorated with very little sugarcoated almonds which have different colours (called “diavolilli”).
