Typical products



The traditional cooking has always suggested this cookery speciality with the meat sauce. Added characteristics: ingredients: super-fine hard wheat, water, eggs, salt. It is stuffed with “provola” and/or “mozzarella”, the typical small meatballs, the “cervellatine”. The typical recipe offers some changes: white sauce, minced meat, “fior di latte”, hard- boiled egg, etc.
