baba' with the rhum  


The Babà has always been the most peculiar cake of the Neapolitan traditional pastry- making confectionery. This product is soft and light and these qualities are exalted by the unique taste of the lemon liqueur made along the two Costiere. This cake, presereved by the alcol, is good for long time, so you can offer it in every occasion, even because of the versatility of use. It is served with cream, ice cream or other creams.
