Typical products



This typical cheese is made during all the year in the region. It is made with of the cow’s milk bred above all to pasture or stalling. Cheese with semicooked dough or cooked and spun, made semi-mechanically, it is not stewed, the cheese is salt immersing it twice in apickle and sometimes smoked.
